Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff to maintain a high level of customer service
- Develop strong product knowledge and pass this on to staff members
- Assist managers on daily store operations
- Maintain a neat, well merchandised sales floor
- Understand and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in training and evaluating the staff

Qualifications:
- Successful record of customer service
- Experience in supervising staff members
- Reliable and honest
- Willingness to work with flexible scheduling - Leadership skills
